• Owned the research of core features within largest product line. Collaborated and led studies cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to drive key product and UX decisions
• Developed and implemented novel quantitative approaches for modelling User Behavioral Logs. These include, Association Rule Learning, Monte Carlo Markov Chain, etc.
• Selected as 1 of 80 presenters (out of 1500+ attendees) at the 2025 Quantitative User Experience Conference to deliver a talk on applying Association Rule Learning to model discrete user behaviors.
